Alan has served as an executive in multiple early-stage ventures and specializes in process and reporting transformation. Alan graduated magna cum laude with an M.S. in Finance and a B.B.A. in Accounting from Texas A&M University. Alan was also previously a licensed CPA in the state of Texas. 

Bryan has served as a senior business leader in various industries throughout his career primarily in early-stage or high-growth companies backed by a financial sponsor.  Bryan graduated summa cum laude with a B.S. from Oklahoma Christian University and holds an M.B.A. from the Jones Graduate School of Business at Rice University. 

Chase began his career at Z&A where he supported a client on the acquisition of a specialty equipment rental business. He currently supports Z&A across its internal portfolio in addition to various external client engagements. Chase earned a B.S. in finance from Kansas State University.

 Kevin began his career in the construction industry specializing in project management. Prior to joining Z&A, he worked as an independent consultant to various middle market and non-profit clients supporting their operations and accounting. Kevin earned his B.B.A. in marketing from the Mays Business School at Texas A&M and is certified as a QuickBooks Pro Advisor. 

Travis has extensive experience in early-stage venture-backed start-ups where he helped develop new processes and organizations in education and financial services. His focuses include regulatory compliance, financial forecasting, and strategic planning. Travis holds a B.A from the School of Humanities and an M.B.A. from the Jones Graduate School of Business at Rice University.
